The .CHS file format is very similar to the .CHO file format, and is used for constant sum (allocation) style CBC studies. The .CHS format files are used in Sawtooth Software's CBC/HB program. Some power-users modify the .CHS file (usually with an automated script outside of Lighthouse Studio) for certain advanced applications. The format is as follows:
