Creating multi level dependent variables in MBC

We are currently analyzing a MBC project within which we want to create a single multi level dependent variable to represent the different possible combinations of purchasing 3 products.  As suggested in the manual we wish to remove the code representing all 3 products being purchased together as our sample shows that this is a very rare occurrence.

My question is when we create the single variable how should we re code those few occasions when all 3 products are chosen?

Should just drop those very few cases (rows) from the .csv file, if those very few occasions are viewed as outliers and you don't want to burn up the extra degrees of freedom in the model.
