I want to ask two questions on one page. The first is a select, multi-response list. The second is an open-end question.
I want the open-end hidden on the page unless the respondent checks a specific box, and I want that open-end required.
I suppose the "Other (Respondent Specify)" setting can work, but I would prefer that input field is hidden until the corresponding box is checked.
