Sawtooth survey error-please help

One of the surveys we are hosting currently is displaying an error message.

Sawtooth Error # 273
Database error.
Please check the error log for details.
It is possible that this error was caused by a network error. Please try to refresh your browser or try to backup and submit again. If the error continues please contact the survey administrator.

And when I went into the error log, I saw the following description:

Error #273 - Database error. Cannot get history row.
Wed Jul 23 10:48:45 2014
Server Error: DBD::mysql::db selectrow_array failed: Table '.\oh_sawtooth\6225lcn_history' is marked as crashed and should be repaired at C:/Client_Sites/opinionhealth.createitg.com/6225LCN/cgi-bin/authlib8_3_6.pl line 17, <GEN2> line 12.

We are not sure on how to fix this so if anyone has faced a similar problem before, please could you kindly advise?

Amit already wrote us back, but this was a database issue and needed to be fixed by the server administrator.  Just adding this comment for anyone else who comes across this error.
