Online dashboards with security and user rights control

I was wondering if any Sawtooth users were using dashboards that could perform the following ...

1/ Be accessed and stored online.
2/ Be linked to Sawtooth "LIVE" survey data. This includes linking to multiple surveys at once.
3/ Had the necessary security applied to protect from unwanted sources.
4/ Had username / password accessibility where users / clients could access the dashboard. The various defined usernames / passwords could allow for different levels of rights. For example, an executive level may have full rights and view all dashboard views whereas an admin level may only view 30% of the dashboard views.
5/ Have filtering and summary capabilities.

The software may not necessarily be Excel but if Excel has the power I'd like to know if it can handle my requests. I'm also interested in any software that can perform ALL of the above.

Any tips on learning MySQL are also welcomed.
