CIW incompletes when taken from Linux computer

We're running a pro bono CiW survey from a kiosk at a church meeting hall.  The setup is 2 laptops that happen to be running Linux (the Ubuntu version), connected to a wi-fi access point in the same hall.

Roughly 1/3 of the time the survey fails -- the user gets the opening page, presses Next, and nothing happens.

In other online surveys we typically get 1%-2% of users who are running Linux computers, and they work just fine.

Any ideas?  Does Linux need any special configurations to work well with CiW?

Linux does not need any special configuration to work with SSI Web.  Everything is running is the browser.  I would check the wi-fi access.  If the computers are old, there is a chance that the wi-fi connection is getting dropped and reconnected while the respondent is taking the survey.  Please post the exact error message you are getting.  If the computer is simply hanging then you might have a different problem.
