Error message _ Finished - requirements

Hi,

I have a more general question: What kind of settings (in the browser, in the ssi file) could lead to the error message “Your survey has already been submitted. ” at all ?
From time to time we have this problem with live interviews and to be honest, I have the impression it happens randomly.
I know it doesn’t , but I can’t find the source of this error message.

Hope someone could help.

A respondent would see this if they try to log in and take a survey after they have already submitted it.  So they might be clicking their link from the invite again.
