Given the mockup, I think you can do this without too much effort if you are in version 8 of the software. What you would do is set up the two Lorem ipsum rows as attributes, but then have blank text for two levels. Then all the asdf attributes would have an image or the HTML for a bullet point for one level and blank text for another level. Version 8 would allow you to both set a width % for the attribute label column, and then put a header over each of the conjoint tools (you can do it in version 7 by putting your own table in the header 2 area so it just kind of "floats' above the choice task).

The big label rows just have a span tag wrapped around them, and then I use a little CSS to make the font size bigger for those two rows. If you e-mail in brian at sawtoothsoftware.com I can send you the example file.
If you want to get more complex than that, it might be best to go the free format route for this one. Using free format questions allows you to format the task any way you like, and then script in the levels that should appear for each concept in the appropriate spot.
