How and where can I run %Mktruns, %Mktex, %Mktlab, etc.?
I am struggling with determining the number of random tasks, fixed tasks and concepts per task in my CBC.
In order to determine these numbers I need to do the %Mktruns.
Via which program or how can I do the %Mktruns? I havo no idea how I can get the output from the %Mktruns macro as shown in
http://support.sas.com/techsup/technote/mr2010mktruns.pdf
and
https://support.sas.com/rnd/app/macros/MktRuns/MktRuns.htm.
I hope someone can answer this question.

The %Mktruns, %Mktex, etc are DOE macros used in the SAS system. You should run these macros under the SAS system enviroment. These macros are already embedded in the SAS system that you can use them directly.
The SAS system is a commercial software but it also provides a web-based free application thus you can use SAS in your browser. You can go to
https://www.sas.com/en_us/software/on-demand-for-academics.html
and register an account to use it online.
Thanks.

Luuk,
You can do all this in Sawtooth Software's Lighthouse Studio. I'm not sure why you need %Mktruns at all, though if you do want it, you'll have to use SAS.
