Missing data

Hi,

When i gather the data from my survey I see that the data for two questions is missing. These questions are both 'free format' questions in which respondents could have some extra remarks or leave their e-mailadres.

Do you know how to retrieve this data?

PS I have multiple different surveys currently running (copies of each other). They have the same problem.

What variables have you added to these free format questions, and what HTML are you using?

You may want to double check your html script and make sure it is calling on the variable names you created correctly.  I have made this mistake where it looks great visually but doesn't save data if you have mistyped your varibles in the html.
