Align Page Header Table

Hey guys,  look at the link below.
How can I align the table to be congruent to the page header?
It should be moved a bit to the left. But How?
It's always way too far on the right..

Thanks!

Can you show us your HTML / CSS?  Or upload the survey somewhere we can see the page?
sorry the link above doesn't work. Here we go again:

Your link worked fine, but images are not very helpful when it comes to debugging why elements on a web page look the way they do.  I need to see the page running myself to investigate, which is why I either need the HTML / CSS used or I need a link to an actual survey page demonstrating the problem.
<table border="1" cellpadding="1" align="center">
 <tr>
 <th style="width:50%" align="left" valign="middle"><img src="[%GraphicsPath()%]Preis.png" alt="" border="0" height="50%" width="50%">
 </th>
 <th align="right" valign="middle">
INSERT TEXT HERE
</th>
</tr>
</table>

<style type="text/css">
 .page_header {
 background-color: #4EA582;
 padding: 5px;
 margin: 0px;
</style>

Anything else or is the code of the header enough?
And you want the table to span the entire width of the green bar?  The first thing that sticks out to me is that you have added 5px of padding on all sides in your CSS.  You could set that to "0px" to remove all that element's padding, or "5px 0px" to remove just the horizontal padding.  There are a few other rules that might be adding whitespace.  Try this:

<style type="text/css">
.page_header {
    background-color: #4EA582;
    padding: 5px 0px;
    margin: 0px;
}

.page_header .header_text {
    margin: 0px;
}

.page_header table {
    width: 100%;
}
</style>
Dear Zachary, i am so thankful!
