ASD estimation and simulation

This should be a quick question:
I imported a design with ASD relationships but in the corresponding settings in the design menu the dependencies were not specified.

Upload, testing, data collection and estimation worked flawlessly.
To be sure though I'd like to know whether it matters to the estimation and simulation routines if the ASD dependencies are specified. Are the design and utility structures are sufficient, and do I get the same result whether I specify "Att3 only goes with Att1L2" or not?

During simulation I get warnings for "configurations that are not feasible based on the specification" but do the results differ for "viable concepts" with or without having the dependencies spelled out?

Thanks!
