Ranking Question - Can I set it so respondent can rank any number of attributes

Greetings.

I have a ranking question. There are a total of 10 items the respondent can rank, but we ask them to only rank the top 3.  I'm getting some feedback from respondents stating they only want to rank 2 or another guy who wants to rank four.

Is it possible to allow people to rank as many attributes as possible?  I turned off "require response" but even with that, once I drag one over I have to drag all three.

That functionality is not built-in for drag-and-drop ranking questions, but it is an option of "Custom Drag-and-Drop Ranking" in the Community Question Library:
