How to hide CBC primary attribute

We are testing cash incentive vs other type of alternative incentives. Cash incentive is always by itself. Alternative incentives could be a combination of a few other attributes. In order to use Alternative Specific design, a primary attribute is needed so IncentiveType with 2 levels: Cash and Other is created. However, This attribute is really not needed in the exercise or modeling. Is there a way to hide this IncentiveType?

CSS could always be used to keep respondents from seeing a particular attribute.  What version of SSI Web / Lighthouse Studio are you using?
Lighthouse Studio 9.12.0

This CSS will hide the second attribute of the exercise:

.attribute_label_column > :nth-child(2),
.cbc_concept:not(.none_concept) > :nth-child(2) {
    display: none;

Feel free to replace the "2" with your own needed attribute number.
