add an exclusive button on a rank question

I need to add a checkbox that could erase any ranking chosen in the ranking attributes

It sounds like "Not Applicable: Per Question" from the Community Question Library should be up to the task.  If placed after your ranking question, respondents will be required to either answer the ranking question or click an alternative checkbox.  You can see the instructions and download it from here:
