How to skip logic with Loop

Q1 have 5 brands (Multiple answers)
Brand 1
Brand 2
Brand 3
Brand 4
Brand 5

Q2 have 5 brands (Multiple answers)
Brand 1
Brand 2
Brand 3
Brand 4
Brand 5

I have created looping with these 2 questions to pipe in question Q3.

Q3. why did you change from [% LoopLabel(Q1Loop) %] to [% LoopLabel(Q2Loop) %]?

Here is my question:
I want to create skip logic on Q3, if Q1 and Q2 have answered the same brand we will skip that loop and go to the next loop. How can I do that?

Example:

Q1 has answered Brand 1, Brand 2, and Brand 4.
Q2 has answered Brand 2 and Brand 4.

We will ask these questions:

Q3. why did you change from Brand 1 to Brand 2?
Q3. why did you change from Brand 1 to Brand 4?
Q3. why did you change from Brand 2 to Brand 4?
Q3. why did you change from Brand 4 to Brand 2?

Will a skip with logic like "LoopValue(loop1) = LoopValue(loop2)" with a skip to next question work?
yes, I have tried with this skip and Skip to <Next Loop Iteration>. Then, the result it asked only 2 questions:

Q3. why did you change from Brand 1 to Brand 2?
Q3. why did you change from Brand 1 to Brand 4?

Please help to fix this.
It may be that the skip is on the wrong question or needs to skip to the next question rather than next loop.  It's hard to say without seeing the bigger picture of your questionnaire.  That's why I was recommending you talk to our support or analytics teams who can look at your .ssi and are familiar with setting up constraints like these in questionnaires.
