Survey style

I use oceanic style in a study.
1. Currenlty, when I mouse over a response option the background color is blue but my client wants it to be green color.
2. And, once the radio button is clicked, the inner color of the radio button should also be green currently it is black.

Please help.

Try using this CSS to change the hover behavior:

<style>
.highlight, .highlight td, .highlight label {
    color: white;
    background-color: green !important;
}
</style>

Those colors can be replaced with any CSS color or hex code.

If you have graphical radio buttons and checkboxes enabled in your study settings, you can upload custom image files for your checked/unchecked radios/checkboxes in that same area of the study settings.  The default radio button graphics should exist in your study folders, at \graphics\system.  You could copy those images, modify them to your satisfaction, then set your study to use those image files.
