Adding 2 drop down answer options to a question

Are there any ways to add 2 drop down answer options for a single question? For example, I want to ask the year and month of the purchase with 2 drop down select options, one next to another.

My suggestion is to use a grid style question.  Make it column based instead of row based.  Your first column you can set as a drop down for year and the second column as a different drop down for month.
