Database error #264 "Cannot read respnum column in download area." after converting survey to Lighthouse version 9.10.0

Hi guys I have in the field a long weekly tracking survey which we have converted recently from Lighthouse version 9.9.2 to 9.10.0. The survey was converted w/o any errors, uploaded to the server w/o errors and everything looked good until we tried to download the collected data.

Lighthouse studio shows this error when downloading the data from the server:

"No respondents can be accumulated from
C:\Users\ssiadmin\AppData\Local\Temp\8\a000216CZ_data.csv.
The file contains an invalid field 'Content-type: application/json'.  ERROR: Name cannot contain spaces."

CSV contains only:

"Content-type: application/json

{"result": false    error: "Error #264 - Database error."}
"

In the Admin panel the same error is displayed as:

"Database error. Cannot read respnum column in download area. [ID: 264]
System Error:

When trying to download data from Admin panel will get CSV with following:

"Content-type: text/html

<style type="text/css">
.loading{display: none;}
.stage{display: block;}
</style>
</body>
</html>
"

I have no problems with the version-to-version upgrades since 9.6.1until now.

Can somebody help?

Hi Kosta,

You can definitely reach out to our Sawtooth Support for these types of issues. Unfortunately, the issue you are experiencing is likely due to a known bug in the Admin Module. We hope to have this issue resolved in the next couple of weeks. Please keep an eye on your email for a notification on our upcoming Lighthouse Studio release!

In the meantime, this workaround should work for you. Enter your survey's Admin Module and go the Downloads section. Check the box, Include Removed Records. Download all of your data. You can then take the .csv and import it into Lighthouse Studio's Get Data tab using the second option ("Data Collected with a Lighthouse Studio Survey").

Please email support (support@sawtoothsoftware.com)  if this workaround does not work for you.
