Is personal health information secure on the Sawtooth Hosting server?

Hi, we would like to collect data for a survey using Sawtooth conjoint analysis tools and hosting server but our University has concerns about the security of personal health information on the hosting server.  Could you let me know what the security of the hosting server is and how we could communicate this to our informatics team or who we should get in touch with.

Hi Ingrid!

As Brian mentioned, it's probably best if you send an email to support@sawtoothsoftware.com so you can get connected with a Server Operations Engineer.

Data storage and security standards vary greatly from organization to organization. Even more importantly, these requirements can also vary based on regulations in the geographic location of your survey respondents.

As such, it is probably easiest to talk through your specific use case with our team so we can discuss hosting options that will meet your study, organization, and compliance needs.
