Can I disable the side panel?

Dear community,

Is there any way (except for CSS: set right_panel_cell to display:none) to disable the left/right side panel in the unacceptables questions in ACBC? I don't need an image besides the radio buttons.

UPDATE: Simply removing the side panel text from the settings is what removes the whole panel.
