How to pass a variable from external survey in Lighthouse 9.0 Maxdiff survey?

Hi

We're nesting Lighthouse Bandit MaxDiff inside Decipher survey system we use for surveys in general. We want to pass a variable with alphanumeric respondent ID from our Decipher to Lighthouse module. As of now, we created a "state" text variable using "pass-in fields" tab, like in the link below:

https://164999fcdarielwave1002.sawtoothsoftware.com/C:/164999/cgi-bin/ciwweb.pl?hid_studyname=164999_FCD_Ariel_Wave2&id=pd101&state=4b59b322-4f48-4856-a45e-17ce9b032ae6&hid_pagenum=0&hid_link=1&hid_javascript=1&hid_screenwidth=2049

However, in Lighthouse it's blank (not acquiring any values). Please advise what else to try.

Let me quote our programmer:
Decipher has a function to handle the redirect and we just need to paste the redirect link(Lighthouse link) there. Once respondents reach the function they will be redirected to lighthouse platform along with the "state" variable. From the Lighthouse platform end we need to capture these details from the link. There must be a function like Request("state") for example which will capture the details passed in the link.  For Lighthouse platform there might be different terminology to capture it.

Considering below 3 details of the study:

Hosting Project        ->  164999fcdarielwave1002
Remote study path ->  C:/164999
Study name               -> 164999_FCD_Ariel_Wave2

In your case, the redirect that needs to be implemented in Decipher will be:

https://164999fcdarielwave1002.sawtoothsoftware.com/C:/164999/cgi-bin/ciwweb.pl?studyname=164999_FCD_Ariel_Wave2&id=check&state=VALUE

Change check with the respondent ID (unique). Please make it Password field.
Change VALUE with the state field.
