Using Anchord MaxDiff data in MaxDiff analyzer

I want to use my Anchored MaxDiff data (indirect) in the MaxDiff analyzer to do a TURF analysis. When I upload the scores file, I get an error saying there are more variables than I indicated.
I think this is because the anchor is seen as an extra variable.
How can seperate my anchored max diff data, and the anchor so that I can properly use the MaxDiff analyzer?

There's not really a way to separate the anchored data.  When you run an anchored MaxDiff, there is an extra item added to the design and becomes the last item.  As long as you indicate you are creating an Anchored MaxDiff project, the site will understand that the last item is the anchor and all the other items are the MaxDiff items.  If you want to use the Analyzer with both anchored and normal MaxDiff scores, you'll export both to separate CSV files and have two separate projects in the Analyzer.
