How to convert raw cbc utilities to rescaled one?

Hi team

When I use SMRT as a simulator, I found the utilities are different from which calculated from CBC\HB, which I think is the raw utilities.

Is there any document that shows how to convert raw utilities to rescaled ones? Any comments or help would be appreciated.

The last post at the following gives a description of how to convert raw utilities to zero-centered diffs (that SMRT shows on the screen as the rescaled scores):
