Is there scripting for displaying the image and the survey question next to each other

You could set it up in a table and put the image in one column and the text in another.

one could use CSS to style them next to each other, something like
.question_body { width:60%; float:left; }
.my_picture { width:40%; float: right;}

this won't work out of the box, but should give you a direction :)

Jay's solution is much more simple and cross-browser friendly.

Or you could just use some HTML within the question script such as ...

<img src="[%GraphicsPath()%]Image.jpg" border="0">
