Dropdown grid on mobile

Hi,

I have a grid question with options to be selected from dropdown. Format looks good on larger screens but on mobile I couldn't see the selected option completely. Please see the below link. Could you please help me to make the format look better on mobiles?

Using jQuery UI can make the dropdowns look better when opened:

    $('#[% QuestionName() %]_div select').selectmenu();

</script>

But I don't know what can be done when the dropdown is closed.  If the text is wider than the mobile screen, how should it work?
