Combine numerical entry with check box

Question

Hello,

In my survey we ask participants to either enter their age or tick "Prefer not to answer". I'm having trouble seeing how I can do this in lighthouse studio.

I know there are alternative ways of formatting/presenting this question, but it's been through ethics and I'd rather keep the format the same.

If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it!

You can go to the Question Library and download the Not Applicable Per Question question.

You then import this into Lighthouse Studio and it becomes a new question type to use within your survey.
