Anchored Probability scale - rescaled to sum to 100?

Dear All
I am running an anchored maxdiff but my client is used to seeing the scores sum to 100.
Is it possible to rescale them to 100 (as in the unanchored rescaled scores) - and if so:
1) Would I include the anchor to show the threshold value
2) Is it a simple add all scores up and percentage from that total....

For example:
                Prob               rescaled                rescaled
                        scale         without anchor    inc anchor
Attribute 1        64.8                    11.2                    9.5
Attribute 2        65.0                    11.2                    9.5
Attribute 3        63.9                    11.0                    9.4
Attribute 4        63.9                    11.0                    9.4
Attribute 5        61.3                    10.5                    9.0
Attribute 6        71.3                    12.3                    10.5
Attribute 7        69.6                    12.0                    10.2
Attribute 8        60.3                    10.4                    8.8
Attribute 9        61.2                    10.5                    9.0
Anchor            100                                                           14.7

Any help would be much appreciated

These are just probability (ratio) scaled scores.  What you make them sum to is up to you...it doesn't change the interpretation of the relative scores.  If the client wants to have the anchor included for interpreting how the items relate to the anchor threshold, then by all means include it.
