multiple hosting accounts


I wanted to ask if having multiple hosting accounts could interrupt hosting my survey by any means??

I am doing 2 projects and I wanted them to be completely separated. So I made 2 hosting accounts, one for each. Recently I am facing multiple errors when I am uploading a new version of the older survey. Is there any possible relation or would that be an unrelated problem?

I have e-mailed the support yesterday but unfortunately, the 2 e-mails I sent did not go through too & I have no idea why as this never happened before.

Were you able to get through to support? The support and hosting team can investigate these error messages for you.

Thank you for the advice. I believe there was no problem in teh program, it was our internet connection.
I am still having the printing study problem but the support told me they will try to fix it in the next update of the software.
