Quota Control based on regions of the US

Hey folks,  a quick question for you. I'm working on a survey where we're asking people what state they live in - but would like to have some survey quotas based on regions of the US (e.g.  Midwest, West, South, Northeast).

The belief is that people don't always know what region they live in and it's also perhaps useful for us to know the state - but we don't want too many respondents from one Region.  Is there a way to do this that you can describe? Thanks!

I deal with that frequently.  We always ask what state they are in and set up Region Quotas based on their state, which you can define as you want for your regions.  Are you looking for something else?

I don't think so - but I've never done this before and just want to make sure I'm not screwing it up.  Does this look ok?  https://drive.google.com/open?id=1LxslLwd2fXbElmy8qs1LY9s86aV9UMhT
You've got it exactly!
