I need the single question to be displayed in a horizontal way and not vertical

You can create a grid question with a row direction.

The column list would be one blank list item.

The row list would be the items / scale you need to display.

Give it a try.

One method would be in your select question to set the number of columns to the number of total responses you have, then you get your horizontal display.
