Edit rank numbers in drag/drop rank question

When you use a drag/drop ranking question, Lighthouse automatically numbers the items in the drop container. Is it possible to change the display of those numbers? For example, suppose instead of numbering them 1,2,3..., I wanted it to say 1st, 2nd, 3rd...? Or another example - I might want it to say 'Best', 'Middle', 'Worst' if I have three items.
