Offline Surveys App Device Admin Module

We are using Android tablets to field surveys with the Offline Surveys App and keep having problems after system updates have been applied to the tablets. If projects have already been loaded into the app and then system updates happen, when attempting to next open the project a blank screen comes up and the survey never loads, no matter how long it is left or ensuring that the app itself has also been updated.

After removing projects (or even uninstalling/reinstalling the app itself), when projects are added back into the app, we receive the following error: "an error occurred when communicating with the device's admin module." And we continue to have problems accessing surveys.

I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem.  Can you please file this problem into our system using Offline Survey's bug reporting system?  This will send relevant device information directly to Sawtooth Software that may help in resolving your problem.
