Implementing 2 Languages in Sawtooth

Hi Forum,
I'd like to implement 2 languages, English and German, in the survey. I guess I can do the following:
1. Create two independent surveys, one English and one German.
2. When all the respondents are gathered then simply export the CSV file and copy paste the data from one CSV to the other.
3. The one with the complete data set then can be imported to Sawtooth.

Is that procedure correcrt or does it have flaws?

Does anyone have any suggestions whether my procedure is correct? Or is there an alternative solution?
