Attibute significane Multinominal logit model

Question

For attribute significance in the latent class model, the following was written:

"If none of the levels for a given attribute have a t-ratio larger than 1.96 within a class, then for that class this attribute does not cross the threshold of significance at the 95% confidence level."

Is the same also true for the multinominal logit model? In my MNL-model all attribute levels have a t-ratio larger than 1.96. Does this mean that all attributes are significant?

Yes, it does.  Latent class just IS a MNL model, one with a particular kind of respondent heterogeneity assumed.
