Online Conjont test scripting

We are now conduting one Online conjoint study. While once clicked the conjoint link all works well but the images could not be shown in the web browser. However, if I click TEST button in Sawtooth SSI web software, the image could be shown. May I know any of you ever met this issue? Many Many thanks in advance.

Check you graphics path statements and graphics names. Windows computers usually won't distinguish between the capitalization in "Image1.jpg" versus "IMaGe1.JPG".
