not buyers share in acbc

from description of ACBC I understand that for each respondent some kind of threshold utility is calculated, and a product with utility lower than threshold cannot be winning in simulation for this respondent.
What happens when all products on the market have total utility lower than threshold? Do such respondents form a separate group of not buyers in simulation?

By default, our simulator forces respondents to cast 100% of their vote among the products.  But, if in the SMRT simulator you click Advanced Settings and specify that the None gets a weight of 1.0 (rather than a weight of zero, by default), then respondents can cast all or a portion of their votes to the None alternative, and that percentage is reported in the output.
