Please describe the format of .labels file for import into online simulator.

I have uploaded the utilities file .hbu and the segment variables .csv to the online simulator.  I labeled the segment file manually, however I'd love to be able to label the segment file through another upload, and I believe this is what the .labels file will do, however I cannot find any reference to the format of this file.

If you are exporting your variables from SSI Web then the .labels file is created for you automatically.

If you are comfortable with XML, then you could also create / modify the labels file manually.  See https://www.sawtoothsoftware.com/lfr to see a document that describes the file.

Hi David, I am trying to use labels file for one of the study in Online Conjoint Simulator but I am getting the below error. Can you please check and let me know what's the issue and how it can be resolved:

The specified data file is not valid.  The variable labels must all be unique.  ('p1' is used as a variable label for more than one variable.)
